Nothing is rushed,

The sequence is fixed, but the pressure, the products and the pace are chosen for your scalp on the day, not from a menu.

Scalp & hair analysis
We look at your scalp under a high-resolution microscope and talk through what we find: density, dryness, oil, tension.

Shoulder & neck release
Tsuboki and Shiatsu-informed work along the shoulders and neck, where most of the day is still being held.

Gentle cleansing
A hair bath that prepares both hair and skin, using salon-exclusive Japanese formulas from Milbon.

Face & head massage
The part guests remember. Slow, deliberate pressure across the face, temples and crown. Non-invasive, deeply quiet.

Steam mask & blow-out
A nourishing mask worked in under warm steam, finished with a soft, simple blow-out so you can go straight back out.
